About Olina

Olina is a professional co-active coach, a catalyst who empowers people towards a balanced and fulfilling life. She specializes in personal development, relationship and business coaching.

Within the co-active approach, coaching is not about problem solving, although problems will be solved. It is not primarily about improving performance, attaining goals, or achieving results, although all of those will certainly happen in the process. The belief is coaching is chiefly about discovery, awareness and choice. It is a way to empower people to find their own answers and maximize their growth potential.

Coaching is a powerful tool to accelerate growth, awareness and the evolution of consciousness. No matter what your past, Olina will meet you where you are, and help you move forward. As you get clearer on what is truly important to you, as you meet more of your needs/desires, your awareness grows. You will make better choices. Over time, increased awareness leads to a recognition of inter-relatedness. More people start to live their lives for more than themselves.

Olina has first-hand experience working with first generation immigrants and IT professionals. Via one-on-one or group coaching sessions, she navigates through the challenges of adjusting to cultural differences, switching careers and finding one’s purpose. By working with Olina, one becomes more skilled at choosing and creating what they truly want, and living wildly rich and satisfying lives as a result.

Her accomplishments include a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and a Masters Degree in Computer Science. Additionally, she earned the “Highest Award for Achievement”, as a coach for The Dale Carnegie Effective Communications and Human Relations Training Course. She also accumulated “Most Breakthrough” and “Human Relations” awards in the program.

Most importantly, Olina’s completion of a certified co-active coaching program provides a means that allows people to take relationships and conversation to a deeper level. She is skilled at successfully coaching individuals toward their goals, through establishing an authentic relationship by using the co-active method.

Olina’s passion extends into the community by offering her expertise in social media marketing, networking and business development. She is the director of membership for the Chinese Information Network Association (CINA) and the organizer and host for BayFuBai Business events, promoting an outlet for entrepreneurial interests with the spirit of sharing knowledge and drive for one to advance.

She welcomes the opportunity to help empower you to live your best life!
